Description of problem:
iok keyboard gui shows two keys with English names, where they can be
given in Japanese.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Fedora18/20120924-test_days-i386.iso

How reproducible:
Everytime when you enter iok in the terminal.


Steps to Reproduce:
1.In the terminal, enter "iok" as root.
2.Observe the displayed keyboard.

Actual results:
Two keys with English names:
1) "To English"
2) "English"


Expected results:
1) "英語へ"
2) "英語"

This is Indic Onscreen Keyboard, thus Japanese translation may not be required. But it is always good to have it translated for any possible scinario. To give translation, it is needed to create new ja team since this package has not reuse Fedora translation team.

I deliberately did not translate.

"to English" is language switch button in iok.
If user can not read Japanese if they were changed to 
Japanese keyboard layout, it is due to confusion.
