Description of problem: When there is no hard disk, Anaconda crashes on startup. I'm unable to provide any backtrace, because the "An error occurred" dialog randomly crashes too when I click anything. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): anaconda-18.12-1.fc18 How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. create a VM without hard disk 2. boot Fedora Live 3. start Anaconda Actual results: Anaconda crashes on startup Expected results: Anaconda correctly starts up. There should be a warning that no disks were detected and that it won't be possible to install Fedora, either on startup or in the partitioning page. This bug looks to have been fixed for many anaconda builds now but missed being closed. If you find you are still experiencing it with Fedora 18 Beta (RC1) or later, please re-open the bug. (confirmed fixed in Beta RC1. an orange warning is displayed at the bottom of the disks selection spoke).
