Description of problem:
Bundle package should not be recognize as Resource Content  package as well as bundle should not be recognize as resource Content repository

JON 3.1.1.GA

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a bundle with war in i ( do not deploy it)
2. Go to Inventory -> Platforms -> choose platform resource
3. Click on Content sub-navigation tab for platform resource
4. Click on Subscroption sub menu icon under Content sub-tab
5. Subscribe to Bundle repository (Large Bundle)
6. Click on New sub-menu tab under Content sub-navigation tab  

Actual results:
After step4. Bundle should is being shown as an available repository
After step6. Bundle war is being recognized as a package

Expected results:
After step4. Bundle should not be shown as an available repository
After step6. Bundle war should not be recognized as a package
