Description of problem:
"Pool" should be replaced by "Cloud Resource Zone"

Steps to Reproduce:
1. As admin, create a new catalog without choosing any value in "Cloud Resource Zone" drop down and click on "Save" button
  
Actual results:
Pool can't be blank

Expected results:
Cloud Resource Zone can't be blank
