Feature: Add the ability to specify a revision number for a topic in a Content Specification. Reason: This allows authors to use a specific revision of a topic. It means that future updates to that topic will not affect the content of this book. You can specify a revision number for a topic in a Content Specification, ensuring that future updates to that topic do not affect your book. This is useful if you are reusing someone else's topic.
