This new version is required by new phpci 2.9.0. So please update.
If you're in lack of time, I could take care of this update, and push it in the same update than phpci (fedora >= 18 for now,)

I should be able to do it tonight, if I can't I will give you a ping.
Currently the unit tests seem to be broken. One is fixed by https://github.com/pear/Console_CommandLine/commit/987dd5793550a1cb8930bb06cf8f384bdbbbf2a4
Another one is still present even with clone from master. I have created a pear bug for that one: https://pear.php.net/bugs/bug.php?id=19683
php-pear-Console-CommandLine-1.2.0-1.fc18 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 18.

* was pushed to the Fedora 18 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing php-pear-Console-CommandLine-1.2.0-1.fc18'
as soon as you are able to.
