Description of problem:

katello-configure -b --reset-data=YES does not work well with mongod

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. katello-configure -b --reset-data=YES
2. kk ping - ok
3. service mongod restart
4. kk ping - NOT OK
  
Actual results:

pulp_auth      fail   Resources::Pulp::PulpPing: 401 Unauthorized "Invalid OAuth Credentials" (GET /pulp/api/users/)

Expected results:

all services up and running

This is good candidate for inclusion in errata.

These bugs have been resolved in upstream projects for a period of months so I'm mass-closing them as CLOSED:UPSTREAM.  If this is a mistake feel free to re-open.
