1) Install SE 1.1
2) katello-configure --deployment=cfse 
3) katello-configure --deployment=cfse --reset-data=YES
4) cat /var/log/katello/katello-configure/db_seed.log 
** Invoke seed_with_logging (first_time)
** Invoke db:seed (first_time)
** Invoke db:abort_if_pending_migrations (first_time)
** Invoke environment (first_time)
** Execute environment
** Execute db:abort_if_pending_migrations
** Execute db:seed
rake aborted!
Resources::Pulp::User: 401 Unauthorized "Invalid OAuth Credentials" (POST /pulp/api/users/)

This is errata candidate, not a blocker but we should fix it.

These bugs have been resolved in upstream projects for a period of months so
I'm mass-closing them as CLOSED:UPSTREAM.  If this is a mistake feel free to
re-open.
