php, php-mysql loses variable

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.goto www.fl-properties.com 
2.select any option from proprety listings menu. 
3.select view all properties.
4.select a spec. property this will reproduce the error
 

Actual Results:  Warning: mysql_num_rows(): supplied argument is not a valid 
MySQL result resource in /var/www/html/fl-properties/RE1/RE1.php on line 26
page no num_rows 


Expected Results:  The property selected should be displayed
