RHEL Engineering is moving the tracking of its product development work on RHEL 6 through RHEL 9 to Red Hat Jira (issues.redhat.com). Individual Bugzilla bugs in the statuses "NEW", "ASSIGNED", and "POST" are being migrated throughout September 2023. Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start guest with CLI:

2. Run job "Common Scenario Stress With IO" and "Sleep Stress With IO".
  
Actual results:
Job failed, please refer to the cpk file for details.

Expected results:
Job should passed without any error.

Status update:
win7_64 bit ,win2k8R2 also hit the same issue.
win 2k8 32bit/64 bit win7 32bit does not hit this issue

According to the cpk logs it is: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=873971

The device fails to start with code 43.

To developers ,if an bug has been fixed with a build ,pls change bug status to modified or ON_QA ,or else QE may miss it.

Verified this issue on virtio-win-prewhql-49, 2 jobs has been passed

based on above ,this issue has been fixed ,move status to verified
