Description of problem: If booted without network there is 30 second boot delay. It seems to be caused by NetworkManger-wait-online.service. This service cannot be disabled, e.g.: # systemctl is-enabled NetworkManager-wait-online.service disabled reboot Started Network Manager. Starting Network Manager Wait Online... 30 seconds later: Failed to start Network Manager Wait Online Nor the 30 seconds timeout cannot be lowered by e.g. environment settings because it is hardcoded to the service file. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): NetworkManager-0.9.6.4-3.fc17.x86_64 How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Disconnect ethernet cable, move out of wireless range 2.
