Patch to add Interlingua translation

The attached patch adds a new translation to the linux-pam project.

The patch adds a new file with Interlingua translations: po/ia.po
and makes corresponding changes in the po/LINGUAS file.

The translations are uploaded to Transifex but the LINGUAS file must be modified to get them included into rpm.

Thank you, I've updated the translations from Transifex in the upstream git tree. Note there are two new strings not yet translated.
