Description of problem:
Wordpress can't be installed if the default configuration (MySQL stuff excluded) is used.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
wordpress-3.4.2-2.fc18.noarch

How reproducible:
Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. yum install wordpress mysql-server
2. Configure MySQL server and /etc/wordpress/wp-config.php according to the instructions from README.fedora.
3. Open http://localhost/wordpress/wp-admin/install.php
  
Actual results:
You don't have permission to access /wordpress/wp-admin/install.php on this server

Expected results:
Installation should work

httpd 2.4 compatible configuration is provided with latest package (3.5.x)
