Description Michael Ekstrand 2013-01-07 23:31:48 UTC
Description of problem:
Unison cannot synchronize with remote

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
unison240-2.40.63-7.fc18.x86_64 (local)
unison 2.40.65 on Ubuntu 12.04 x86_64 (remote)

How reproducible:
Happens repeatedly for me, on multiple profiles with the same remote host. I even blew away all my archive files on both ends and still get the error.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. set up a profile (mine has some excludes, FWIW)
2. run unison, tell it OK when it prompts about unavailable archives/new roots

Actual results:
Internal error: New archives are not identical.
Retaining original archives. Please run Unison again to bring them up to date.

Expected results:
prompt to make sync decisions, synchronize

Additional information:
Ubuntu is running OCaml 3.12.1, if the problem is a result of differing OCaml versions.

already fixed in unison240-2.40.102-2.fc18, get it from updates-testing
