Description of problem:

Currently a number of the chapters (cough Nova) explicitly disable the use of QPID authentication. I think we would be better off teaching good habits from the start and always using it, it also makes it easier to repurpose the content so it applies for both single node and multinode deployments.

Moving to Install and Config, I believe for GSG this is an acceptable solution with the existing warnings.
