Description of problem:
Missing alias file from installation.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
0.60.6.1

Steps to Reproduce:
1. sudo yum isntall aspell-ru
2. aspell -a -d russian
  
Actual results:
Error: The file "/usr/lib64/aspell-0.60/russian" can not be opened for reading.

Expected results:
@(#) International Ispell Version 3.1.20 (but really Aspell 0.60.6.1)

Additional info:
Some software require this link. Its necessary to create /usr/lib64/aspell-0.60/russian.alias file with following content:

$ cat /usr/lib64/aspell-0.60/russian.alias 
add ru.multi
$
