I don't know what this is, but it's certainly not an anaconda bug.

There is no data here, except two links to external bugs - one of which is unreadable.  Whatever you are trying to accomplish, you have filed it against a product I don't even think we ship, and against the completely wrong component (installer is an alias for anaconda, the distribution installer), and against an architecture we don't even support yet.

Please open a new bug, including actually what you are seeing (include real data) and do not file it against installer or anaconda.  Those are not the components you want.
