Description of problem:
for tracking part of features of bug 891251.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
v4.2-8

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. file a new bug and set the value of fields: Docs Contact.
2. check the content of auto-generated email.
  
Actual results:
the field 'Docs Contact' is not in v4.2-8, it will be added in v4.4

Expected results:
the field 'Docs Contact' should  be sent in the bug e-mails if they are set.

Good pick up on this on. We original tagged it for Bugzilla 4.4-3, and backported it to 4.2-8. This meant the code was not in 4.4-2. As per comment #2, I have now cherry picked this back, so it can be tested.
