Boy, this is a busy place today. After applying the test-update, I retried the bluetooth printer. I got a selinux warning (good), I was able to start the troubleshooter (good), it told me that the problem was selinux is preventing /usr/lib/cups/backend/bluetoooth from connect access on the socket, and suggested generating a local policy module to allow this access, with clear and simple instructions (very good). I followed instructions, with apparent success, and retried to enable the printer, and print the test page. Not good, still getting a selinux error, same one.
