Thanks for a bug report. The disappearing icons inside attachment bar is a known bug, it's dealt with it upstream.

Tomas, could you pair this one with the correct (upstream?) bug report, please? I cannot find it right now.

We had a little chat with Tomas on IRC, the issue is known, Tomas is working on it. It's filled upstream as [1], thus I'm moving this there. Please see [1] for any further updates.
