This looks like an issue which is pretty deep in the fftw library, changing the component accordingly. Thread 1 (Thread 0x7f49d4185800 (LWP 12398)): #0 ok_twid (m=8, r=4, n=32, q=0x7f49e1da5ee8 <twinstr>, wakefulness=AWAKE_ZERO, t=0xc) at ../../kernel/twiddle.c:74 No locals. #1 lookup (m=8, r=4, n=32, q=0x7f49e1da5ee8 <twinstr>, wakefulness=AWAKE_ZERO) at ../../kernel/twiddle.c:84 p = 0xc [The order of arguments is reversed here, probably due to inlining.] The variable t in ok_twid() (p in lookup) is obviously not a valid pointer. It stems from the twlist hash which isn't exposed outside of the source file, therefore I suspect a bug in the bookkeeping of twlist (the hash, or the objects stored in it).
