Description Adam Herscher 2000-02-18 16:49:18 UTC
I believe xlock that ships with RedHat 6.1 is incompatible with the new
style crypt() passwords. I lock my screen, but cannot unlock it, as it's
most likely using some old crypt library instead of the MD5 one..

I can't reproduce this here. Local users with md5
passwords can lock and unlock the screen, both
with shadowed and unshadowed MD5 passwords.
