Christof, Thanks to your excellent work I was able to easily build the new release - however, before you do the official build hold off a bit. When I executed, indexer is reporting 2.0.9 (r3832) instead of 2.0.8 (r3831)- I submitted a question to Sphinx to either get it corrected or their doc changed to reflect the correct release. I'll update here when they answer - which should be fairly quickly.
Christof: Sphinx has changed the tarball, I rebuilt and it is now reporting the correct release and build level. It's good to go...
