Description of problem:
The "My Account" menu item in the right user menu leads to the details tab for 
the current user. Once there, if the "My Account" menu item is clicked again, 
it leads to the Users page with no user selected.

always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to katello instance 
2. Mouse over dropdown menu in top-right corner
3. Click on "My Account" link in the dropdown list.
4. Repeat steps 2-3
  
Actual results:
When you first click the My Account link, you go to the details tab
of your current user. When you click the second time, you
go to the Users management page no user selected.


Expected results:
The My Account menu item should link to the details tab both times it is clicked.
