I'm now three for three triggering this bug on my VM. What is also interesting is that after reporting the bug, things seem to be happening in a multi-threaded way that can lead to confusion. After reporting the bug, two things happen that need input - another backtrace and a missing package question. Both are expecting input.

Could you retest with TC4?
Comment 15 Orion Poplawski 2013-05-10 21:49:28 EDT
I was able to install fine with TC4.
