/etc/sysconfig/keyboard was not initialized by the installer.

Need more details about this bug.  GUI or TUI??  What keymap did you select?

Installed with GUI. Selected german keyboard layout 102 keys, nodeadkeys.

Issue is resolved in the latest beta installer.
