Despite the fact we distribute source distributions, those cannot be compiled without access to internal repositories (either WFK compilation + EAP plugins repository or MEAD repository). We need to propagate that information visibly to our customers, likely in following form in documentation and/or sources distributions zips in a readme file: On request, Red Hat shall provide customers of [PRODUCT NAME] with sufficient access to certain contents of our internal Maven repository to facilitate rebuilding of original or modified versions of components of [PRODUCT NAME]. Such access will be provided by Red Hat to the requesting customer without undue delay.
I think we could mention it in the release notes, specifically by adding an info box to Installation Notes -> JBoss Web Framework Kit Maven Repository Installation [1]. A readme in the ZIPs could be provided as well, independently of the mention in the docs. And finally a bit more polished verbiage: On request, Red Hat will provide customers of [PRODUCT NAME] with access to certain contents of its internal Maven repository to facilitate rebuilding of original or modified versions of [PRODUCT NAME] components. Such access will be provided to the requesting customer without undue delay.
