[Fedora test day bug]

Description of problem:

I couldn't find a way to set the network proxy.  On my home
network it's much quicker to install Fedora via the proxy
instead of trying to download the packages freshly over DSL.

There's a "Proxy Setup" button right next to the entry box for the download URL.
