Removing ISO Domain

Description of problem:
When tried to remove the ISO domain, and immediately destroying it, throws the error,"Cannot ${action} storage. Related operation is currently in progress. Please try again later", in which ${action} is not interpolated

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
RHEVM - Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Manager Version: 3.2.0-10.26.rc.el6ev 

How reproducible:
Consistent

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Remove ISO Domain
2. Immediately try to Destroy the same ISO Domain, before it gets removed

Actual results:
"Cannot ${action} storage. Related operation is currently in progress. Please try again later"

Expected results:
The error string should contain the value of ${action} appropriately
