Description of problem:

Example run:

reboot took 04:01:00
method: panic
kernel: 3.7.0-0.36.el7.x86_64
Error: reboot took longer that 10 minutesError: reboot took longer that 10 minutes

It should say: "Error: reboot tool longer than 20 minutes"
