How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Satellite 6 -> Administer -> Organizations -> Select an ORG -> Default Custom Info -> System Default Info
2. Enter a keyname with special characters Eg: foo@!#$%^&*( )
3. Click Add
4. Click Remove to remove the keyname

Actual results:
Keyname is not removed.  No error message shown

Expected results:
Keyname is removed

The same Bug is observed in the following scenarios:
1. Administer -> Organizations -> Select an ORG -> Default Custom Info -> Distributor Default Info
2. Navigate to UI -> Systems page -> Select a registered system -> Details Tab -> Custom Information
3. Content -> Subscriptions -> Subscription Manager Applications -> Select a Distributor -> Details -> Custom Information
