Description of problem:

Postfix doesnt accept client connections, using submission. So no mail at all can be sent by submission-auth

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set client-auth to submission in Postfix
2. Let clients authorize themselves by smtp
3. fail

It has been fixed. PLease update to the latest F18 policy.
