Steps to Reproduce:
rpm install rhc-1.9.4
1.check man page for rhc-app, rhc-domain, rhc-setup
2.man rhc-app;
  man rhc-domain;
  man rhc-setup;


Actual results:
[root@F17x64-openshift bin]# man rhc-setup
No manual entry for rhc-setup


Expected results:
Could show man page for these commands.

All help should be through the RHC command.  Man pages are not a priority for us and won't be fixed via defects.
