db2pdf fails with a TeX error... here is an example w/one of the docs that
comes with the package...

[root@ultra1 test]# pwd
[root@ultra1 test]# db2pdf docinfo.sgm
This is pdfTeX, Version 3.14159-13d (Web2C 7.3.1)

! TeX capacity exceeded, sorry [hash size=10000].
l.1417 \expandafter\def\csname EntnvDash\endcsname

!  ==> Fatal error occurred, the output PDF file not finished!

This seems to work with Red Hat Linux 7.
