I used bugzilla's report.cgi to generate a couple of tabular reports.

For example, a list of bugs that was changed to MODIFIED status from 2013-06-01 to 2013-06-07 for product - Red Hat Storage

the above query returns BZ https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_activity.cgi?id=968289 which as you can see clearly does not belong.  

I have seen many inconsistencies like this. 

Please fix report.cgi.
