screenshot of current resolve conflict screen having all 3 conflicts

Consider the case where we have all the 3 types of conflicts present in a hook.

1.) Move the "Resolve Missing Hook Conflict" to the top under "Resolve Actions".

a.) If the user selects the radio button "Copy the hook to all the servers"; no change in the default behaviour is required.

b.) But if the user selects the radio button "Remove the missing hook", automatically we should disable the options to "Resolve Content Conflict" and "Resolve Status Conflict" as there is no point in enabling it when the hook in conflict is going to be removed from all the servers.

2.) Once 1.) is fixed, Re-order the "Conflicts Reasons" accordingly.

3.) Introduce a separate column to show the type of conflicts (Status, Content, Missing) against each servers. Currently, there is no indication in case of a "Content Conflict"

4.) If 3.) is implemented, Remove "Missing" from the Status in "Resolve Conflicts" pop-up. Instead show N/A or something similar in case of missing conflict
