jetty: jetty-runner bundles other libraries

Description of problem:
jetty-runner is an uber-jar, which uses maven-dependency-plugin to bundle all its dependencies.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 20 development cycle.
Changing version to '20'.

I've removed the jetty-runner subpackage since it serves only as a bundle of minimal jetty installation which doesn't make sense in context of packaging.
jetty-9.0.5-3.fc20 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 20.

* was pushed to the Fedora 20 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing jetty-9.0.5-3.fc20'
as soon as you are able to.
