Thanks for a bug report. I see from the backtrace that the evolution-ews doesn't like your 'Deleted Items/Sent' folder, as it's crashing on it. It seems to me that you accidentally deleted your Sent folder, and the evolution-ews tries to move it to Deleted Items within its local structure as well, where it crashes. I would try, as a workaround, either undelete the Sent folder (unless you did it intentionally), or remove the local cache of your EWS account, which should let it redownload folder structure from scratch, rather than trying to synchronize the old state. You can find the local cache at ~/.cache/evolution/mail/<some-id>. In case you've there multiple folders, the EWS is the one which contains a folder-tree file.
