Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 6.1 How reproducible: Install package fbpanel-6.1-6.fc19.x86_64, copy /usr/share/fbpanel/default to ~/.fbpanel/ and edit it. Put 'tintcolor = red' in the global section of the configuration file ~/.fbpanel/default. Leave option 'transparent = true' and 'alpha = 28' unchanged. Steps to Reproduce: 1.run fbpanel 2. 3. Actual results: The taskbar is not red and transparent but it's white and opaque. Expected results: The colour of the taskbar should be pale red and transparent according to the configuration option alpha - transparency of the tint color. Additional info: In F18 fbpanel behaves as it is supposed to.
