Description of problem:

The ipsec.service unit cannot be enabled because of a bogus Alias=syslog.service entry in the [Install] section of the unit file.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

libreswan-3.3-1.fc19.x86_64

How reproducible:

Every time.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.systemctl enable ipsec.service

Actual results:

# systemctl enable ipsec.service
Failed to issue method call: File exists

Expected results:

# systemctl enable ipsec.service
#
