Since admin console v1.5  which is used in EAP 6.1 and onward the "Server" tab was renamed to "Host"

affected parts of doc: 3.4.4, 3.4.6 (although I suggest checking the whole chapter as I might have missed something)

The instructions have been updated to reflect the current UI (6.3 Aplha 3).
This was carried out under bug 1084861.
