Was able to connect via VNC to Anaconda to watch the install.  After it failed (with "An unknown error has occured"), used the Anaconda interface to report the failure.  It looked for duplicate failures and added to this BZ.

Provisioning rhel7 on SGI UV is working.
Other changes may have fixed this problem.
