Red Hat Bugzilla – Bug 985023
p11-kit: _p11_kit_initialize_registered_unlocked_reentrant and module load failure
Last modified: 2013-11-21 06:39:53 EST
p11-kit/modules.c:_p11_kit_initialize_registered_unlocked_reentrant() does not actually abort on critical module load failure, contrary to what the comment says. Compared to load_registered_modules_unlocked(), a return statement is missing.
Nice catch. Thanks.
Created attachment 774411 [details] p11-kit: Abort initialization if critical module fails to initialize I think this patch should fix the issue.
Pushed to p11-kit git stable branch, released as part of p11-kit 0.18.5. Package built for RHEL 6.5.
