Log of virt-manager session trying to reproduce this bug including successful reproduction of the bug

Description of problem:

When switching between VMs and starting/stopping the, sometimes, virt-manager will not show the current video of the VM but instead just a frame from a previous run.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

0.10.0

How reproducible:

Happens frequently, but not always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start virt-manager
2. Start 2 VM instances; open them both and confirm video output
3. Close both video windows leaving them running
4. Shut down one of the VMs without opening its console (e.g. click right mouse button on list in virt-manager and select shutdown)
5. Start the VM that was just shut down via virt-manager
6. Open the console for the VM that was just started

Actual results:

Sometimes a video frame from the previous run of that VM is shown

Expected results:

Current video

Additional info:

Quitting and restarting virt-manager generally resolves the issue. If I connect directly with virt-viewer, I get the current video. If I then open the console of the VM, it virt-manager takes ownership of that video and quits virt-viewer; the video continues to work.

There is an additional problem (probably requiring a second bug report) present in the attached log in that the mouse cursor does not show up in the affected VM. I don't know if this is related.

The attached log is my entire session including trying to reproduce the problem. I suspect the last third of it contains the reproduction of the problem.

I think this is just another manifestation of 981975, which is fixed upstream
