Live Migration Convergence
Busy enterprise workloads hosted on large-sized virtual machines tend to dirty memory faster than the transfer rate achieved using live guest migration.
If the user chooses to force convergence of their migration by using a new migration capability,"auto-converge", then this change auto-detects the lack of convergence scenario and triggers a slowdown of the workload by explicitly disallowing the virtual CPUs from spending much time in the virtual machine context.
