Description Susi Lehtola 2013-07-19 13:54:24 EDT
$ rpm -q --provides openssl-libs
config(openssl-libs) = 1:1.0.1e-4.fc19
libcrypto.so.10()(64bit)
libcrypto.so.10(OPENSSL_1.0.1)(64bit)
libcrypto.so.10(libcrypto.so.10)(64bit)
libssl.so.10()(64bit)
libssl.so.10(OPENSSL_1.0.1)(64bit)
libssl.so.10(libssl.so.10)(64bit)
openssl-libs = 1:1.0.1e-4.fc19
openssl-libs(x86-64) = 1:1.0.1e-4.fc19
config(openssl-libs) = 1:1.0.1e-4.fc19
libcrypto.so.10
libcrypto.so.10(OPENSSL_1.0.1)
libcrypto.so.10(libcrypto.so.10)
libssl.so.10
libssl.so.10(OPENSSL_1.0.1)
libssl.so.10(libssl.so.10)
openssl-libs = 1:1.0.1e-4.fc19
openssl-libs(x86-32) = 1:1.0.1e-4.fc19

The entries

libcrypto.so.10(libcrypto.so.10)(64bit)
libssl.so.10(libssl.so.10)(64bit)
libcrypto.so.10(libcrypto.so.10)
libssl.so.10(libssl.so.10)

look rather odd.
Comment 1 Tomas Mraz 2013-07-22 05:13:38 EDT
This is on purpose - we need to provide default symbol version (libcrypto.so.10 and libssl.so.10) to keep ABI with openssl-1.0.0.
