Description of problem:
Adding provider with wrong name close add provider window

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Providers tab on GUI
2. Click add provider
3. Enter some name with . for example prov.fore

Actual results:
Show error message about incorrect name and close add provider window and lose all parameters that you entered

Expected results:
Show error message about incorrect name, but not close add provider window
