Description wdaniel 2013-07-26 14:17:42 EDT
Description of problem:

We point to our sysprep file however it all of a sudden fails to complete. It runs through sysprep. When we get to the custom configuration screen it throws up an error saying that it cannot read the file and asks if we want to continue. We try to continue and it reboots and starts the process all over

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
RHEV 3.2

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual results:
Guests report error with sysprep and reboot, never finishing sysprep setup

Expected results:
Guests accept sysprep answers and complete boot procedure

what file is it complaining about? At which step of installation? What is the exact version of Windows they are sysprepping?
