I just got updated to kernel 3.10 from fedora updates. Running fedora 19 64-bit on a system76 lemur ultra with intel HD4000 graphics. Now almost every time I resume from suspend I get a totally unusable display filled with artifacts and garbage and have to switch to a tty and reboot. This is a known upstream bug, its a regression from 3.9 > 3.10: https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=60530 There is a patch to fix it on the bug report comments. Apparently the fix wasn't included in 3.10.3 which is the 3.10 kernel fedora updated me to. This update really should not have been released with such a severe known bug.

I've added the patch from the kernel.org bug. A build should be coming today.
