Description of problem: For people using modem connections, sometimes the connection goes down during package downloads. When up2date is restarted, it attempts to download the entire package from scratch rather than continuing the previous download. This is particularly frustrating with large packages (e.g. kde). Often I end up manually downloading the rpm with wget -c and placing it in the up2date spool directory, but it definitely seems like something that up2date should be able to handle. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): up2date-3.1.23-1 How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Use a modem 2. Start up2date, and start downloading a large package 3. Simulate wandering off to have a cup of tea. 3. Have the modem disconnect mid-download 4. Simulate coming back from the cup of tea. 5. Restart up2date and start downloading the same package. Actual results: 6. Package has to start downloading from the start. Expected results: 6. Package should continue downloading where it left off.
